Especially useful in crushing stones, are the nutrients potent in the roots of coriander, basil, parsley, salsa to break and expel little rocks and heavy metals out of your systems. The stones in the kidney, gall bladder and the pancreas accumulate due to accessive acidity in our food intake.

The extraction of nutrients from digestive process is a very complicated procedure. Urea is a byproduct of the digestive process through biochemical reaction in the liver. In healthy individuals, the liver can transform ammonia into non-toxic compound urea, which is a waste product for discharged from the body. The liver sends the urea via the blood to the kidneys for elimination through the urine. When uric acid is not metabolised in the liver, it is deposited in different parts of the joints in our body in crystal form that creates pain. Arthritis Rheumatism and gout are due to excessive accumulation of uric acid due to consumption of acidic food.

To assist the body to eliminate and break down urea drink the a mixture of lemon juice, warm water and a pinch of salt regularly.

Serves: 2 - cups Cooking Time: 20 minutes

  • 1 bunch of cilantro leaves (handful with roots)
  • 2 green apples
  • 1/2 thumb size ginger
  • 1/4 pineapple skinned
  • 1 kale medium leaves
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil

Is best to use a slow juicer to maximise extraction of juice from ingredients.

If you do not have one, use a liquefier. Wash and cuts all ingredients and drop into the blender.

To allow the machine to liquefy is best to add in the soft fruits first, like apples, pineapples, then the rest of vegetables.

Occasionally stop the machine and use a hopper to push down the pulp to the centre and start the machine again.

Then start at low speed and slowly turn to the higher speed. Once all the vegetables transformed into pulp, pass it over a cheese cloth and squeeze out the juice.

Add a tablespoon of coconut oil, mix it well and drink it slowly with a soup spoon. Swish the juice around your mouth several times to allow the saliva to mix well with the liquids before you swallow it, this allows for total absorption of nutrition efficiently into the system.

After preparation sometimes the juice tends to separate; it's normal depending on the ingredients and the machine you use. Remember that it's best to drink the juice immediately once pressed. Shake the juice before you drink it. A centrifuge machine spins at approx. 3600 rev per minute that throws part the heavier particle like pulp in the fruit to the edge. A slow juicer squeezes out the liquid at 80 revs. Per minute from the leaves and fruits air does get into the liquid thus it keeps for 2 to 3 days in the fridge. The only difference between a slow juicer and a centrifuge juicer is air getting into the liquid during the process of extraction in a high speed centrifuge juicer. Oxidation occurs when air gets mixed into the juice which causes the liquid to separate when you allow it stand too long. Using a slow screw extraction juicer does not separate the liquids as long as you don't mix acidic fruits and vegetables to alkaline ones. You can also keep it in the fridge at 39 º/ 41º f. or 4º / 5º c, for a day or two.
