Peter Hall is a great friend who aids in the tremendous need to preserve the biodiversity of our nature in peril and on the brink of total collapse. Much support from all the world is needed for Captain Paul Watson and his team of sincere sailors ¬†fighting for the rights of all creatures of the seas and oceans. Captain Watson and his team, have given their “Heart to Earth” for the seas and oceans. To all of you, Cheers! The name “Shepherd’s Brew” is for all who work tirelessly and dedicate themselves for the welfare of humanity, all plants, animals.

Serves: 4 cups Cooking Time: 20 mins


  • 6 organic kale leaves
  • 4 stems of celery
  • 4 green apples
  • 1/2 lemon with peel
  • 1/2 cucumber with skin
  • 1 cup of red grapes with seeds
  • 15 sprigs of coriander
  • Thumb-sized fresh ginger



Soak apples, grapes and the vegetables in lukewarm water with 2 tablespoons of vinegar 1 tablespoon salt for 3 to 5 minutes before juicing


Use a slow juice extractor like the Omega juicer.


Add in all ingredients one at a time until you have a Dark green deliciously vitalizing brew.


When you buy vegetables and fruits that are non-organic. Soak them in lukewarm water with vinegar of any kind and salt for 5-8 minutes before juicing. The proportion of vinegar can be two or three capfull for every 2 cups of lukewarm water.
