Shepherd's BrewPrint Recipe
- 6 organic kale leaves
- 4 stems of celery
- 4 green apples
- 1/2 lemon with peel
- 1/2 cucumber with skin
- 1 cup of red grapes with seeds
- 15 sprigs of coriander
- Thumb-sized fresh ginger
Soak apples, grapes and the vegetables in lukewarm water with 2 tablespoons of vinegar 1 tablespoon salt for 3 to 5 minutes before juicing
Use a slow juice extractor like the Omega juicer.
Add in all ingredients one at a time until you have a Dark green deliciously vitalizing brew.
When you buy vegetables and fruits that are non-organic. Soak them in lukewarm water with vinegar of any kind and salt for 5-8 minutes before juicing. The proportion of vinegar can be two or three capfull for every 2 cups of lukewarm water.
