Spinach soupPrint Recipe
- 2 pack of spinach 250gms
- 1-liter water
- 2 tbsp clear sesame oil
- 1 tsp fenugreek powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Dash of pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup coconut milk
In a pan over medium heat add sesame oil and saute all the species.
Add some of the spinach and saute in the spice mixture remove from heat and set aside.
Add the cooked spinach into a blender and puree with coconut milk.
In a large pot add water and bring to boil and add raw spinach.
Add the puree to the spinach cooking in the pot.
Combine it all well you have an easy quick delicious soup.
