“The cell is immortal. It is merely the fluid in which it floats that degenerates. Renew this fluid at regular intervals, give the cell what it requires for nutrition, and as far as we know, the pulsation of life can go on forever.” Dr Alexis Carroll, Nobel Prize Winner
“If our internal environment was changed from an acidic oxygen-deprived environment to an alkaline environment full of oxygen, viruses, bacteria, and fungus cannot live.” Dr Otto Warburg, Nobel Prize recipient, 1931 & 1944.
What you need for a healthy body is:
a) Oxygen for the proper functioning of cells in the body, sufficient input of oxygen is fundamental. Means the way we breathe affects our body and mind.
b) Nutrition in forms efficiently absorbable by the body with minimal energy wasted. Like we do today in our homes to maintain less power consumption we use light bulbs which consume less power. In the same way, the body needs to spend the least energy to receive maximum energy from the food we consume.
c) Elimination of toxins which inevitably accumulate into our systems due to lack of physical labour, exercise, sedentary lifestyle, overconsumption of static foods which creates inefficiency in the absorption of nutrients.
During the condition where the body is in extreme imbalance, and lack of energy, to bring back homeostasis the body requires proper energy inputs from a living source. The plant-based natural food contains this vital force. When we drink smoothies, it will help to restore balance and energy immediately, but the body still requires to use its low reserves for digestion which takes up lots (80%) power to absorb a fraction of (20%) nutrition from the smoothies. Not the most efficient use of the little energy body is sustaining itself. Instead, when you drink only juices for a few days due to lack of vitality and illness, the body needs to probably utilize less energy (5%) in absorption and discharge of waste and is able to relatively easily absorb (95%) of energy from the nutrition which rapidly aids bodies cellular rejuvenation thus helping to body recover much more quickly.
When the body is in a healthy state, it’s excellent to drink smoothies and juices to maintain balance biorhythms. The fibres from the smoothies are essential for the bacteria flora to thrive. Without much worry about the expenditure of energy as the body has surplus vitality due to the efficient functioning of biosystems within the structure of the physical body. Drinking green juices from a variety of vegetables and fruits and nut kinds of milk will help maintain the structural solidarity, and vital force needs to sustain a dynamic lifestyle. My spiritual master once asked a question, “What will be your response when someone asks you, How are you?”
HE said your response must be “I am dancing in ecstasy and vibrating with energy” Our natural state of being is to be full of vigour, vitality, and exuberance. In this regard to vibration as postulated by Shrii Shrii Ananda Murti an Indian spiritual master. We see that Max Planck a physicist reiterated the exact parallel to what Ananda Murti mention to HIS disciples.
Maxwell Planck read this statement during his acceptance speech for the Nobel prize in Physics for Quantum theory in 1919
“As a physicist, that is, a man who had devoted his whole life to a wholly prosaic science, the exploration of matter, no one would surely suspect me of being a Fantast. And so, having studied the atom, I am telling you that there is no matter as such! All matter arises and persists only due to a force that causes the atomic particles to vibrate, holding them together in the tiniest of solar systems, the atom. In the whole of the universe, there is no force that is either intelligent or eternal, and we must, therefore, assume that behind this force there is a conscious, intelligent Mind or Spirit. This is the very origin of all matter” (Planck, as cited in Eggenstein 1984, Part I; see “Materialistic Science on the Wrong Track”).
To the question of The Observer, “Do you think that consciousness can be explained regarding the matter?”
Max Planck replied: “No, I regard consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as derivative from consciousness. We cannot get behind consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness.” Nobel Prize 1918 (Planck, as cited in de Purucker 1940, ch. 13).
When we consider food as consisting of subtle vibrations, and we choose to consume foods with such pure vibrations that can heal our body, in illness and sustain the body with its full vibrant force in wellness.
