Ingredients

  • Base
  • 1 Carrots sliced with
  • 1 Cabbage sliced
  • 1 Zucchini sliced
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • Middle feeling
  • 500 gm of finely sliced kale
  • 1 cup of grated coconut
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 500 gm Spinach
  • 1 cup of dates
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • Topping Vegan cheese
  • 500 gm boiled potato
  • 2 tbsp brewers yeast
  • 1 tbsp Himalayan salt
  • 2 cup of pineapple skin tea
  • 1 tbsp of ginger powder
  • 1 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

Base

In an open pan, add sesame oil, sauté all spices.

Add vegetables and sauté until half cook spread vegetables in a tray.

Middle feeling

In an open pan, add olive oil, sauté kale salt mix well until fully cooked

Add dates, cashew nuts, and grated coconuts add spinach.

Place evenly over the first layer on the tray.

Topping Vegan cheese

Add all ingredients in a blender and blender until smooth and pour over the second layer evenly.

Place into the oven for 20 mins to grill the top before serving.
