Chickpea flour cheese
Chickpea flour vegan cheesePrint Recipe
- 1 cup of Chick pea flour
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tbsp Black Himalayan salt ( egg taste)
- 2 tbsp Flacks of nutritional yeast
- 1 lemon juice
In a medium pot add two cups of water and mix in the chickpea flour.
Once the flour is thoroughly mixed and no more tiny balls of flour is floating.
Add in the remaining ingredients and mix it into the chickpea liquid and place the pot over medium heat.
Continuously stir the mixture until its almost firm.
Pour the paste into a bowl or container and allow to cool for few hours.
Place the container into a refrigerator and an hour.
Once the surface of the cheese is firm you can turn it over on to tray and slice them up to serve.
