Gram flour creamy puddingPrint Recipe
- 2 cups gram flour
- 4 cups of water
- 2 cup of rice syrup
- 1 cups of dried prunes
- 1 cup of coconut sugar
- Mint leaves for garnish
In a medium pot, add water, gram flour and mix until the mixture forms a smooth liquid.
Place the pot over medium heat and stir continuously until gram flour begins to get thicker.
Add rice syrup and continue to stir until it thickens.
Pour the cream into serving cups and pour a thin layer of rice syrup.
Garnish with mint leaves and prunes and allow to cold before serving.
