In childhood, some of us used to blow dandelion seeds into the wind. This common plant has been seen as a pest, mow it off the lawn. In fact, contrary to popular belief, dandelions are as beautiful as all plants in nature, not just pesky garden weeds. People have used DANDELIONS to treat ailments for several centuries. In this article, learn more about the dandelion and its numerous benefits for health and well-being.

Foraging for dandelion flowers has been a part of my natural habit when visiting farms and friends living in the countryside, often I will walk around and pick these humble flowers and leaves and add them to my salad plate, and my friends will give a strange look at me very.
