Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune condition where our body’s immune system attacks the lining of joints, causing them to become inflamed, leading to structures within the joints gradually decaying, causing joint disfigurement. However, the root cause for the dysfunction of the immune system, managing inflammation in the joints, is also extremely crucial. You can change it with proper diet and exercise to prevent major operations and surgical implants.

Regular medication intervention can provide immediate pain relief, which is momentarily helpful, but it can also cause several side effects leading to other severe complications. As the medications only suppress the symptoms, it does not solve the central dilemma that causes the pain. 

A natural alternative to regular treatments is alkalizing diet and regular weight-bearing and resistance exercises to improve bone tensile strength. The body will naturally regain balance and recover completely. Regularly sufficient water and green juices will go a long way to improving your disease.

An unhealthy diet and excessive stress primarily cause all health problems. “You can improve your health and transform your life” by changing what you eat. An immediate and long-term solution to Rheumatoid arthritis includes three factors-  deep breathing exercises and meditation, a sentient dietary regime, and weight-bearing exercise. Practice releasing muscle and bone tension through meditation and long walks in nature.

Joint and bone problems are primarily caused by an unhealthy diet and excessive stress. You can change your health and life by changing what you eat.

In terms of diet, when you eat more food like coconut, unprocessed cacao seed, nibs, and sea vegetables like wakame, kombu algae, it will increase the Omega 3, 6, 9  oil our body requires. Also, incorporate sufficient dietary fiber, which is essential for regular bowel movements and is helpful to improve and alleviate rheumatoid arthritis.

Nutritional Benefits: Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that stimulates your body's ability to fight pain and inflammation and is often used as therapy for sport injuries. It is also effective in in reducing inflammation symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. It also contains immune boosting vitamin C, B-vitamins, manganese and copper that help improve your heart health, digestive health and also help fight off oxidative stress caused by free radicals. Turmeric contains one main ingredient, curcumin, which gives it its potent health attributes. Curcumin is a highly potent anti-inflammatory that is especially beneficial to patients of rheumatoid arthritis. It is also commonly used by athletes and in sports to help relieve pain and inflammation.

Ingredients

  • ½ pineapple with core,
  • 1 tsp  Tumeric powder
  • 4 tbsp raspberries
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 2 tbsp blackberries
  • 4 strawberries
  • 6 raw almonds, soaked in water overnight
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil
  • 2 medium leave of kale
  • 2 Celery sticks

Instructions

Using a masticating (slow) juicer:

Cut all ingredients into small pieces.

Place them into the juicer one by one and extract the juice.

Mix linseed or any other oil of your choice like coconut, sesame, sunflower, or olive oil. Oil allows the minerals from the juice to be better absorbed by the body.

Using a liquefier or centrifugal (fast) juicer:

Blend soft fleshy berries first. Then add the other ingredients and blend into a smooth pulp.

Place a cheesecloth over a pitcher. Pour the pulpy liquid in. Squeeze well and extract the juice

Add linseed oil, mix well and enjoy.

Notes

It is best to consume the juice fresh, as soon as it is extracted. But if required, you can store it in a refrigerator (at 4°C or below) for 2 days. Juice from a high-speed liquefier will oxidize more rapidly compared to a slow juicer. This is because slow juicer spins at 80rpm whereas liquefier spins at 3000 Rpm. Thus a liquefier incorporates more air into the juice due to which it oxidizes faster.
