- 1 lemon
- 2 apples
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 beetroot
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 cup of grapes
- 2 sticks of celery
- 2 leaves of curly kale
- 1 * 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 small bunch of coriander leaves
- 1/4 watermelon with skin
- 2 layer of fennel bulb
- 2 leaves of spinach
- 4 leaves of green cabbage leaves
- 1 small bunch of basil leaves
- 1 drop of rosemary thyme, sage essential oil
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
Using a slow juicer (masticating juicer)
When using a slow juicer, cut all the ingredients into small pieces.
Place them in a slow juicer and extract the juice. Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil, mix, and consume
Using a fast juicer (centrifugal juicer)
When using a fast juicer, first juice fleshy fruits, and veggies. Then add the remaining ingredients. After blending everything into a smooth pulp, strain it through a cheesecloth and squeeze it out the juice manually. Once you squeeze the juice, add coconut oil, mix well and consume.
Juice extracted using a fast juicer will oxidize more quickly as compared to the juice extracted using a slow juicer. This is because fast juicer spins at 3000rpm which incorporates more air into the juice and fastens the oxidation process.
It is best to prepare the juice fresh, however, you can also store it in a refrigerator (at 4°C) for 2 to 3 days.
