Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 2 apples
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 beetroot
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 cup of grapes

- 2 leaves of curly kale
- 1 * 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 small bunch of coriander leaves
- 1/4 watermelon with skin
- 2 layer of fennel bulb
- 2 leaves of spinach
- 4 leaves of green cabbage leaves
- 1 small bunch of basil leaves
- 1 drop of rosemary thyme, sage essential oil
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
Instructions
Using a slow juicer (masticating juicer)
When using a slow juicer, cut all the ingredients into small pieces.
Please place them in a slow juicer and extract the juice. Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil, mix, and consume
Using a fast juicer (centrifugal juicer)
When using a fast juicer, first juice fleshy fruits and veggies. Then add the remaining ingredients. After blending everything into a smooth pulp, strain it through a cheesecloth and squeeze out the juice manually. Once you squeeze the juice, add coconut oil, mix well, and consume.
Juice extracted using a fast juicer will oxidize more quickly than consumed as a good practice, or juice extracted using a slow juicer. This is because a fast juicer spins at 3000rpm, incorporating more air into the juice and fastening the oxidation process.

It is best to prepare the juice fresh and consume it fresh you can also store it in a refrigerator (at c 4°C) for 2 to 3 days.
