Rawmesan ii has only 5 ingredients all you need to do is add roasted flaxseeds. There are varieties of flaxseeds that varies from light brown to dark brown. When roasted, flaxseeds emit a natural fish flavor as they are rich in omega 3, 6 essential, making rawmesan ii topping very different. These five amigos are Flaxseeds, Cashewnuts, pine nuts, black salt ( Kala namak), and nutritional yeast. 

It’s a very easy process that will take minimum time to prepare, mix all the ingredients thoroughly and that’s it. Best to store the powder in the refrigerator to prevent evaporation and not diminish the essential oil intensity.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup roasted dark brown flaxseed ground
  • 1/2 cup roasted cashew nuts gound
  • 2 tbsp raw pine nuts ground
  • 1/2 tbsp black salt powdered (Kala Namak) and some
  • 2 tbsp large flake nutritional yeast

Instructions

In a high-speed blender, add the pine, and cashew nuts, and process until the mixture turns powdery.

Mix all the crushed powder with, nutritional yeast.

You can serve it with any meals, soups or salads.

Store the Rawmasan in an airtight container in the refrigerator and can use it as a garnish for different dishes.
