Rawmesan ii consists of 5 simple ingredients. All you need to do is add roasted flaxseeds. There are varieties of flaxseeds ranging from light brown to dark brown. When roasted, the flaxseeds emit a natural fish flavor due to their rich omega-3 and omega-6 content, making the Rawmesan ii topping unique. The five key ingredients are roasted dark brown flaxseed, cashew nuts, pine nuts, powdered black salt (Kala Namak), and large flake nutritional yeast.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup roasted dark brown flaxseed, ground
  • 1/2 cup roasted cashew nuts, ground
  • 2 tablespoon raw pine nuts, ground
  • 1/2 tablespoon powdered black salt (Kala Namak)
  • 2 tablespoon large flake nutritional yeast

Instructions

Place the roasted dark brown flaxseed, roasted cashew nuts, and raw pine nuts in a high-speed blender and blend until finely ground.

Add the powdered black salt and large flake nutritional yeast, and blend until the mixture is uniformly combined.
