Eating is pleasurable and a joyful affair. Let’s maintain the overall health and vitality of our body and system by choosing sentient foods that benefit both body and mind. What drives your body is your mind! The dangers of impaired judgment, such as that seen with a drunken driver, remind us to choose food that uplifts our mental state rather than compromises it.

Imagine waking up every morning fully refreshed and ready to leap out of bed, powered by pure energy and passion—even with just a few hours of sleep. In a world full of daily distractions and constant demands, we sometimes neglect what is most important until an unhealthy lifestyle catches up with us.

Discover powerful strategies and nutritional insights to boost your energy levels, strengthen your immune system, and improve your overall health and vitality. It’s time to take charge and seize the vibrant well-being you deserve!

Simply Living Healthy

Food should be sentient and energetic, resonating with our bioelectrical nature. Every food item contains an electrical charge, measured in Megahertz (e.g., avocado: 70-80 MHz, soaked almonds: 40-45 MHz, cooked food: 8-10 MHz, hamburger: 3-4 MHz). In contrast, processed foods often contain significantly lower energy levels (10-30 MHz).

Each organ in our body requires specific energy levels—for instance, the brain and heart function optimally at around 65-75 MHz. An alkaline body facilitates free-flowing red blood cells that deliver oxygen efficiently, whereas excessive acidity can cause blood cells to clump together, limiting oxygen supply.

Healthy fats, such as those found in cold-pressed oils (olive oil, coconut oil, sesame oil, hemp oil, etc.), are essential for neutralizing acid and maintaining balance. Excess sugar consumption increases acidity, so understanding the balance between acid and alkaline foods is crucial for sustaining energy and good health.

When selecting foods, always read labels carefully. Avoid products containing garlic, onion, eggs, mushrooms, MSG, aspartame, and refined sugars to maintain a clear mind and a healthy, non-acidic body.
