There are 3 steps to make tastiest superburger
Step one: Cook and blend organic soya beans
Step two: Mix all the spices to blend of soya beans
Step three: Finely chop all the vegetables and saute seperately in toasted sesame oil and set aside.
Step four; Mix all the ingredients together and form into burger shape you prefer, You can grill in a hot plate or bake in over for 30 min at 190 degree centigrade.
Make a sandwich with tofu, cucumber, tomato and pesto.
Vegan Super bean burgerPrint Recipe
- 300 kg soya bean (organic) soaked 6 hrs and cooked and half blended
- 1 1/2 cup of gram flour
- 1 tsp freshed crushed black pepper
- 1 tsp vegan bbq sauce (optional)
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp freshly powdered crushed cumin seed
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp of coconut sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp raw sesame seeds
- Vegetables to chop finely
- 1 medium carrot, chopped fine (minced)
- 1 medium zucchini, chopped fine (minced)
- 4 leaves of kale, chopped fine
- Saute tofu crushed
- 200 gm tofu (organic)
- 1/2 seed of nutmeg grated
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds toast in sesame oil
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil

Steps for vegetable mix
Saute in sesame oil carrots, zucchini, kale with salt set aside.
Saute in toasted sesame oil raw sesame seeds, once brown add crushed organic tofu and saute in toasted sesame oil until slightly golden brown. Grate over the tofu half seed of nutmeg
add 2 tbsp soya sauce once it looks crunchy remove from heat and set aside.
Mix all ingredients of step 1 2 3 and form into burgers
Place burgers on a tray spread with roasted sesame oil
Grill burgers on an oven tray at 190-200 °c for 30 minutes
