Vegetable TartePrint Recipe
- 2 cups of rice flour
- 1 cup of gram flour
- 2 cups of water
- 1 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp bicarbonate soda
- 3 tbsp coconut milk or any vegetable milk
- 1 tbsp pesto
- 1 tsp salt
- Few dash white pepper
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- Black olives
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Blend in a liquefier flour, water, milk, oil, peanut butter, pesto, salt, pepper, water.
Add bicarbonate soda only after blending and mix it into batter slowly.
Grate all the vegetables, zucchini, carrots, broccoli mix in well.
Add black olives salt and pepper to vegetable mixture evenly mix all ingredients.
Grease a ring pan and dust with rice flour.
Pour the batter into pan and bake for 45 min 220 centigrade.
You can add your favorite topping.
Once ready you can serve it with sauteed kale mixed with grated coconut and garnish with pesto and roasted nuts
