Watson’s Mayhem

Paul Franklin Watson (born December 2, 1950) is a Canadian-American conservation, and environmental activist, who founded the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, an anti-poaching and direct action group focused on marine conservation activism. Paul Watson is an environmentalist who is protecting the ocean habitats on Earth. This juice is to support the volunteers and all the members of the team’s sacrifice and dedication to preserve the marine lives in the ocean.

Nutritional Benefits: Beets have a good nutritional profile with very few calories. They are rich in vitamins B6 and C, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, folate, fiber, inorganic nitrates, and pigments that have antioxidant benefits. Beets are very powerful when it comes to lowering blood pressure when consumed regularly. Their nitrate composition also helps improve athletic performance by boosting your mitochondria's efficiency and brain performance. In addition to these, beets also offer cancer prevention benefits. Add the other natural ingredients and a healing and refreshing drink.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium kale leaves
  • 6 carrots with stem
  • 1 beetroot with stem
  • 1 sweet orange pointed pepper
  • 1 green lime with skin
  • 6 green apples
  • 6 celery sticks
  • 1 Japanese cucumber
  • small bunch of coriander leaves
  • Small bunch of bok choy greens
  • 1 thumb-size fresh ginger root
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper for each cup, optional

Instructions

Thoroughly wash and cut up all the ingredients into small pieces that can fit the opening of the Juicer.

Add each piece individually to extract the juice.

Stir a teaspoon of coconut oil into the juice for efficient absorption.

Notes

You can add coconut oil, sesame oil, olive oil, or any natural oils. Remember to soak all the veggies and fruits in warm water with some vinegar to help remove some of the toxins on the surface.
