Ingredients

  • 1 medium size Stalk of Celery
  • 1 tbsp rice syrup and some
  • 1 small bunch of coriander
  • 1 kale leave
  • 1 piece of wakame algae (the size of two fingers held together)
  • 1 heap tbsp brewers yeast
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (according to sour taste)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

1. wash all ingredients.

2. Cut them all into small pieces

3. Place into a strong blender and liquify until smooth.

4. Soak the wakame algae in water for 30 mins. in 1/3 cup of water. Note that the algae will expand to double its size or larger.

You need the size of two fingers held together. According to no. of serving you can add more or less.
