A vibrant and tangy tofu sauce featuring the fresh flavors of orange and lemon, complemented by red pepper and white pepper.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 250 grams / 1 block of tofu
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a blender and whisk until smooth.
