    Thanks for the immediate response.
I will try it when the bittergourds will be ripe in a couple of months! The little plants are still waiting to move to the greenhouse in still cool Germany!

Hello, I’ve been battling a peptic ulcer for over 3 years using a prescription of generic Nexium, without success. Nine days ago (08/24/21) I initiated use of your ulcer buster recipe ahead of a scheduled 9/2/21 endoscopic ultrasound at the University of Utah, which was supposed to further diagnose why the ulcer wasn’t healing. The endoscopic ultrasound was scheduled for 2:30PM. I was finished and in recovery by 2:50PM. When the doctor came in to report his findings, he said the ulcer was healed!! Gone. Only a slight scar remained – I even got pictures! The ulcer buster recipe worked in just 9 days. Incredible. Thank you so very much. I completely attribute the successful healing to your ulcer buster recipe!!

What does it mean to add Cilantro with roots? Does this really mean to take a whole plant with roots, wash it and use the whole thing? Is using a bunch of Cilantro with stems a good substitute?

      Hello.
Yes, use the whole plant, the leaves the stalks, and the roots for the juice. It will help to neutralize the heavymetals in the body.

Hello Fed. Thank you for your comments.
First, it’s not easy to explain the benefits of each posture per se. The explanation will come when you practice the posture regularly for some time. This will allow you to feel the experience of the posture. And the most crucial factor is knowing that it works for anemia.

Now let’s come to understand how the process works. The posture in itself is vigours, but it does seem like the movements are very regulated and gradual. Then once you have done the entire circuit according to instruction, you will feel warm and energized.

Such a sensation is due to your controlled breath-work during the process. For example, imagine you take a gasified bottle of drink and keep shaking it for a minute or so. After such a vigorous shake, you uncap or open the bottle. What do you expect will happen? Like a shaken champagne bottle, contents will spray out the bubbly gases liquid with tremendous force, and the liquid literally explodes out as spray.

Benefits of padahastasana 1. is precisely like that of a spray of energy from a champagne bottle. As you bend forward and backward, your spinal fluid in the spinal column gets shaken. As the energy level increases, your body can assimilate all nutrition in the body at a peak level.
      2. The posture procedure will also help you prevent excessive bleeding during your monthly cycle of measurement.
      3. The third posture which will prevent excessive bleeding during your period is the Yoga mudra.
Therefore, 4. don’t practice yoga postures during your monthly period.
