How to make vegan gluten free pizza base

- Ingredients for Vegan pizza: be creative, I add different layers of veggies:
- Gingko pesto
- Spicy Tomato sauce
- Red, green pepper
- Rocket salads (arugula)
- Black green olives
- Olive oil
- Vegan cheese:
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cups gram flour
- 1/2 tapioca flour
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp Kal namak (black salt)
- Some mineral salt according taste
- 2 tbsp brewers yeast
QUICK AND EASY (10 MINUTES) WAY TO MAKE VEGAN CHEESE
In a medium pot, add 2 cups of water, mix gram, tapioca flour, black salt, brewers yeast and dissolve completely.
Place the pot over medium heat and add little more water if needed.
Continuously stir with a whisk, then add coconut milk to the mixture, keep stirring until liquids become thick as a paste.
Transfer the formed cheese to vegetable paper and allow to cool and firm
Slice up a piece gram flour cheese and place on urad dal pizza dough and garnish with all the ingredients.
Place pizza into the oven and cook until vegan cheese melts and enjoy it hot.
The cheese will melt just like mozzarella does over heat.
