There were trays and buckets of raspberries after harvest in our master unit that I experimented with, making various recipes. This raspberry tower was one lovely deck of red playful and delightful breakfast recipes. 

Raspberry is a fruit that is popular among people and is extremely good for our health. Raspberry is a fruit that is native to many parts of the world, including America and Europe, and resembles little tomatoes.
Raspberry is thought to be beneficial to one’s health. Different countries have different names for it. Let us explain what the advantages of eating it are. Making pancakes with raspberries and blueberries, hence names Raspblue berry tower.

  • Raspberries (Rasbhari) are a great fruit for people with diabetes, as they help reduce blood sugar levels. Every day in the morning, drink on an empty stomach. This is advantageous. Raspberry is high in polyphenol carotenoids, which aid in cancer prevention and help to lower lung cancer risk.
  • If you have a high blood sugar problem, boil two cups of water with a few raspberries (Rasbhari) until the water is reduced to half. Your high blood sugar problem will be solved if you drink this water every morning.

Blueberries are one of the fruit species that are endemic to North America. Native Americans were known to hold these strong wild berries in such high regard that myth sprung up around them. The blueberry's antioxidant content is substantially higher than that of any other fresh fruit, making it the queen of high-antioxidant fruits. Antioxidants are substances present in foods that help to prevent or reduce cellular damage by shielding cells from harmful chemicals and poisons. Antioxidants such as anthocyanin, vitamin C, and vitamin A are abundant in blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic creamy yoghurt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 small dosa (rice & white mung bean pancakes)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon rice, maple syrup or honey

Instructions

Place the first pancake on the plate and top it off with a tablespoon of yoghurt

One teaspoon of blended raspberry sauce above the yoghurt

Place three or four raspberries above the yoghurt and then another pancake

Repeat the process until you are three stacks high be careful. If you don't arrange the raspberries evenly, the stack will collapse, even if it does it beautiful and yummy mess anyway.

Notes

Substitute for vegans uses cashew cream and rice or maple syrup to sweeten.
