There are plenty of juices in the market, but most of them are well marketed sugar-filled liquids that offer no nutritional benefits to the body. If you want to try out a juice fast, always do so with fresh, homemade juices. You can try a watermelon fast, ulcer buster green juice fast, or wheatgrass juice. One of my most favorite juices to drink during a juice fast is this Vegecstacy juice. It is so rich in nutrients that it keeps you alert, energized, and going throughout the day. A power-packed liquid bursting with chlorophyll and essential “multivitamineralaminoacidizers” – quite a mouthful for a juice.
It contains curly kale, rich in minerals, and aids apoptosis, cucumber, which rehydrates the cells much more than plain water, celery is full of essential minerals and salts. Apple, which contains unique malic acid, dilates the gall bladder, helps flush out toxins, and cleanses the pancreas and liver. It also contains lemon, a powerful alkalizer, and pomegranate, which helps increase RBCs and is a great revitalizer and immunity builder. (When my friend first tried this juice, he said that it made him “Vibrating with energy and dancing in ecstasy”).
Pomegranate, also known as Punica granatum, is highly nutritious and is rich in vitamin C and K, potassium, folate, fiber and protein. It is also endowed with punicalagins which are powerful antioxidants that help fight off free radicals in your body and punicic acid which is a fatty acid that helps boost your immunity.
Try this vegecstasy juice fasting for a day to cleanse and reboot your system. Ideally, try out this fast on holiday or when you’re at home in a relaxed environment, but you also do this on a workday. Prepare a bottle of vegecstacy juice the night before to drink at regular intervals throughout the next day.
Here’s how you can divide 9 cups of this juice throughout your day: First thing in the morning, start with a cup of warm water with the juice of a whole lemon and a pinch of salt.
Breakfast: 1 cup
Morning break: 1 cup
Lunch: 2 cups
Noon break: 1 cup
Before leaving office: 2 cups
Dinner: 2 cups
Remember to drink between 6-8 cups water in between juices

The vitamins in curly kale also aid in the absorption of minerals from other foods. Cucumber hydrates the cells and nourishes them at the same time with vitamins and minerals that boost your immunity by helping flush out toxins. Celery is full of essential minerals and salts that help balance electrolytes in your body. Apple contains malic acid, dilates the gall bladder, helps flush out toxins, and cleanses the pancreas and liver. Lemon is a powerful alkalizer that neutralizes acidic foods, and pomegranate helps increase RBCs and is a great revitalizer and immune builder.

First and foremost, select organic produce.
When ingredients are not organic wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly. just by touching and caressing the fruits and vegetables, you will revitalize them with your positive vibes.
First, soak the fruits and vegetables in a bucket of water for 10-20 minutes with bicarbonate soda and 2 cups full of vinegar.
Then wash the again thoroughly before preparation for juicing.
Then cut all fruits and vegetables into small chunks, add them to a masticator, liquefier, or blender and extract the juice.
Transfer the juice to a jar or decanter, add coconut oil, and mix well. Alternatively, you can also add sesame, flaxseed, or olive oil (oil helps to better absorb all nutrients from fruits and veggies)
Drink this juice at regular intervals throughout the day and feel the energy sipping into your system. Enjoy!
