Avocado sliced very finely, Red currants, Blueberries, Blackberries, and yogurt. Add some Rice syrup and Coconut cream or Yoghurt and honey for non-vegans

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp blackberries
  • 1 tbsp blueberries
  • 1 tbsp raspberries
  • 1 tbsp gooseberries
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1/4 of an avocado sliced
  • 1/4 of mango sliced
  • 1 tbsp rice syrup (honey or yogurt for non-vegan)

Instructions

Arrange all ingredients in a wide cup or bowl and enjoy. It can be a real elegant display for breakfast with friends and family.
