Super Juice to Prevent and Manage Diabetes

Diabetes is a condition in which the blood glucose (sugar) level is unnaturally high. Diabetes, as several studies have shown, is a lifestyle disorder that is manageable and reversible. One of the primary ways to reverse diabetes is through lifestyle and dietary modifications.

When it comes to diet, preventing and managing diabetes and other lifestyle diseases begins with eliminating white flour, refined sugar, dairy, and processed and packaged foods. These items are stripped of their natural essences, leaving them devoid of meaningful nutritional value.

Industrially packaged foods, like white flour left open for six months, will neither spoil nor be attacked by pests due to the extensive processing that removes bran, germ, dietary fiber, iron, and B vitamins. Although bleaching is prohibited in Europe and Australia, it still occurs in some regions to achieve a pure white color. These foods are stripped of their natural essences and stand on our shelves as empty ghosts without nutritional souls.

The human body is evolutionarily designed to adapt, thrive, and function optimally both mentally and physically. However, children across Europe and the Americas are increasingly developing type 1 and type 2 diabetes—a consequence of unhealthy lifestyles and improper diets.

Numerous studies have shown that through lifestyle and dietary modifications—complemented by good nutrition, regular exercise, and meditation—it is possible to reverse many lifestyle diseases, including diabetes. Conscious care for our own and our families’ health is indispensable because there is no substitute for well-being.

This all-natural juice, made from a blend of green vegetables and fruits, is rich in vitamins and micronutrients. It boosts immunity and helps manage blood sugar levels naturally.

Notes

Pros and Cons of a high-speed liquefier versus a slow juice extractor: It is best to prepare the juice fresh; however, it can be stored in a refrigerator at 4°C for 1-2 days. Juice from a fast juicer tends to oxidize more quickly because the device spins at 3000 rpm, creating a vortex that incorporates air and accelerates oxidation. In contrast, a slow juicer operates at 80 rpm, gently grinding and squeezing the juice without forcing in air, which helps the juice remain fresher for longer when refrigerated.
