Shepherd’s Brew recipe is a toast to everyone who, in their big or little way, is having a positive impact on the earth in a bid to save it. The recipe features all-natural ingredients that boost your immunity and help out your natural detoxification process. They include kale leaves, celery sticks, green apples, lemon, cucumber, red grapes with seeds, coriander, fresh ginger root.
Make it a habit to drink green juice at least 3 times a week, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Juices are absorbed instantly, offering immediate nutrition to all your organs. Ingredients
- 6 organic kale leaves
- 4 celery sticks
- 4 green apples
- 1/2 lemon with peel
- 1/2 cucumber with skin
- 1 cup red grapes with seeds
- 15 sprigs of coriander
- 1 thumb-sized fresh ginger root
Instructions
Soak apples, grapes, and vegetables in lukewarm water with 2 tablespoons of vinegar and a tablespoon of salt for about 3 to 5 minutes before juicing.
Use a slow juice extractor like the Omega juicer to help get the most of each fruit and vegetable.
Add in all ingredients one at a time until you have a dark green deliciously vitalizing brew.

Notes
When you buy vegetables and fruits that are non-organic, soak them in lukewarm water with vinegar of any kind and salt for about 5-8 minutes before juicing. The proportion of vinegar can be two or three tablespoons for every two cups of lukewarm water.
