- 1 kg carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green apple
- 2 cups red grapes
- 2 thumb size ginger
- 4 large celery sticks
- 2 cups green grapes
- 1 bulb medium fennel
Wash all the ingredients well.
If you're using non-organic veggies or fruits, first soak them in water with salt or vinegar for 20 minutes before rinsing.
Run everything through a juicer and mix the juices together until well combined.
