Red pepper is rich in vitamin C, which fights free radicals, boosts immunity, and has anti-inflammatory benefits. Apples, grapes, ginger, celery, and fennel all have potent plant compounds that boost your heart health, digestive health, and immunity.


  • 1 kg carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 cups red grapes
  • 2 thumb-size ginger
  • 4 large celery sticks
  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 1 bulb medium fennel



Wash all the ingredients well.


If you're using non-organic veggies or fruits, first soak them in water with salt or vinegar for 20 minutes before rinsing.


Run everything through a juicer and mix the juices together until well combined.
