It has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for years thanks to its amazing nutritional profile that includes vitamins C and K, folates, and potassium with benefits such as heart-healthy benefits, anti-inflammatory, and anti-viral benefits, brain-boosting and gut-healthy benefits, endurance, and quick recovery benefits, especially in exercise and sports training. Pineapple has also been a vital ingredient in traditional medicine for years. It is especially potent when it comes to digestive health and ease of inflammation. Combining these two ingredients yields a potent morning drink that offers healing and preventive benefits.


  • 1/2 medium pineapple
  • 1 whole large pomegranate



Rinse and peel the pineapple.


Dice it into small cubes and run it through a juicer. You can asl blend in a blender and squeeze out the juice with a cheesecloth.


Repeat the process with the pomegranate.


Stir together the juices in a jar until well combined.
