This Mixed Nuts and Herbs Sauce features a stalk of celery, rice syrup, coriander, kale, wakame, brewer’s yeast, salt, and apple cider vinegar to enrich your meals. Ingredients
- 1 medium stalk of celery
- 1 tablespoon rice syrup
- 1 small bunch of coriander
- 1 kale leaf
- 1 piece of wakame algae (equivalent to the size of two fingers held together)
- 1 tablespoon brewer's yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (adjust for sour taste)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions
Wash all ingredients.
Cut all ingredients into small pieces.
Place the ingredients into a strong blender and blend until smooth.
Soak the wakame algae in 1/3 cup of water for 30 minutes. Note that the algae will expand to double its size or more; adjust the amount based on the number of servings.
Feel free to experiment with the seasoning to achieve the intensity or mellow flavors you prefer.
