Moringa and Soursop like many of nature’s powerful natural healing agents. These two are considered to have ‘cure-all’ properties. In today’s world, most people respond to maladies by going to hospitals for Western medicine. However, it is only until recently that science has discovered the immense healing properties of Moringa and Soursop.

The Moringa tree, also known as Moringa Olefeira, grows in tropical and subtropical climates. The amazing thing about Moringa and why it is one of nature’s greatest healing gifts to us is that each part of the tree has healing properties. The roots, to the bark, seeds, leaves, flowers, fruit, and even young seed pods can all be consumed for nutritional benefits. However, the leaves are the most destroyed while the rest of the tree is processed to powder form because it is not accessible to most people. The leaves, in particular, have been shown to possess anti-cancer properties.

Additionally, studies on Moringa have shown that it has over 40 different antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. Moringa can be used to make tea, juices, smoothies, ointments, and powders used in teas, juices, or smoothies for anti-viral and anti-fungal properties. Neuro-studies have also shown that Moringa helps prevent and reduce and stop symptoms of early-onset Alzheimer’s.

Soursop also goes by the names custard apple, guanabana, and Graviola. It is a naturally sweet fruit with white flesh, black seeds, and a spiky green exterior. The fruit can be consumed as is or delicious creamy juice or smoothie with the leaves being boiled to make an antioxidant-rich tea.

The leaves, bark, and stem are primarily used for medicinal purposes, with the creamy interior possessing a host of vitamins and antioxidants. In addition, Soursop is a great agent in helping with the absorption of other forms of natural treatment and inhibiting properties to the growth of some breast and liver tumors.
