These fresh raspberries are so sweet and delicious that everyone loves the recipes made from them. - 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup syrup
- 1 kg raspberry
- Juice of a half lemon
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon agar-agar
Cook agar-agar in water until it is melted completely.
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the pulp into a tray and let it cool a few minutes and place into the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Once it is firm and you can serve it with coconut milk and berries.
