Chocolate pudding tart is the most satisfying chocolaty tart that you will ever taste. Give it a try and you will absolutely love it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chocolate powder
  • 3 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut sugar, agave, or rice syrup
  • 1 tbsp agar agar
  • 1 tbsp rice starch plus 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup water to melt agar agar
  • Base
  • 1/4 cup roasted Almonds
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 roasted cashew nuts
  • 4 large Medjool dates seeded

Instructions

In a bowl, add chocolate, coconut milk, sweetener, mix well, and set aside.

Roast as nuts, raisins then add dates and crush in a blender until it's all turn into a coarse sandy consistency.

Pour the crushed nuts into a ring pan and press it down firmly to make a base.

In a small pan boil water and add agar-agar and keep stirring until it all melts completely.

Mix rice starch to half cup cool water and add to the melted agar-agar mix well.

Add the liquid agar-agar and rice starch mix to the chocolate mixture and stir well until everything combines totally with the chocolate mix.

Pour the chocolate mix over the firm, nutty base and allow to set and cool until it gets firm.

Decorate with sliced strawberries of wild fruits of your choice.

Notes

You can also make the same pudding tart with carob or plain coconut milk as well
