FavoriteLoadingAdd to Favorites

Homemade fresh pine lemon tango juice is a healthy alternative to packaged juices. It can be whipped up in minutes and is a refreshingly delicious tropical juice that’s great for immunity-building and detoxification. Pineapple has a unique flavor profile; it’s sweet, mildly tangy, and apt for juicing. The addition of lemon juice adds a mild tarty flavor and brings out the sweetness of the pineapple.

Pineapple and lemon juice is a natural cure to many bodily ailments.  It is also loaded with minerals and vitamins like potassium, manganese, and vitamin C. One glass of this pineapple juice provides 30% of your daily vitamin C requirement. Because of their high fiber and water content, pineapples also help with digestion and prevent constipation. Pineapple is also so strong that in many Asian communities, it is used as a natural abortive. This 2-can tango pineapple juice made with lemon and fresh juicy pineapple will swing you back to health.

Pineapple is also naturally sweet and hence is a good sugar substitute. You can add this pineapple juice to other healthy green juices to enhance their flavor, or you can use this juice as a delicious tenderizer for different dishes.

Notes

Fresh pineapple can be stored in a refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, but the longer it stays, the more it will lose its sweet flavor and yellowy hue. Hence I recommend extracting fresh juice as and when needed.
