Sprouts Cashew Nasturtium combination makes a beautiful salad mix for all festive occasions. This salad is entirely raw, all you have to do is mix and toss them together with salt and a little olive oil or pumpkin seed oil, then garnish with flowers, and it’s ready to serve. I prepared this particular dish for Terraviva at a friend’s and colleague’s vegetarian restaurant in Brasilia. The clients loved the color combination of Nasturtium
You can prepare this salad very quickly into a bowl. Sprouts Cashew Nasturtium will make a great salad to have at a party, especially because of how colorful and pleasing it is to the eyes. This is a quick salad that can serves up to 25 – 30 persons.
Sprouts Cashew Nasturtium
Ingredients
- 500 gm / 17 oz mung bean sprouts
- 1 cup roasted cashew nuts
- 1 cup black raisins
- 1/2 cup goji berries for garnish
- 2 cups of tomatoes diced small
- salt and pepper to taste and dressing oil
Instructions
Place all ingredients loosely into a large bowl except for the flowers.
Lightly toss them together and plate them up on a beautiful tray, placing the Nastrium flowers and nuts on the top.
