A delightfully simple mixe. Combines well with Pasta, with a little pesto, spread on toast or bread, used as a dip or just plain sauce for salads.
Tangerine Avocado cha chaPrint Recipe
- 3 ripe brown avocados
- 2 tangerines piled and seeded
- 1/4 of skin or essential oil of orange
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Place all ingredients into a strong blender and whisk it until smooth.
As easy as that.
