Avocado tangerine

A delightfully simple mixe. Combines well with Pasta, with a little pesto, spread on toast or bread, used as a dip or just plain sauce for salads.

Serves: 4-5 Cooking Time: 10 mins


  • 3 ripe brown avocados
  • 2 tangerines piled and seeded
  • 1/4 of skin or essential oil of orange
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil



Place all ingredients into a strong blender and whisk it until smooth.


As easy as that.
