Ingredients
- 1/8 watermelon
- 1 thumb-sized fresh ginger root
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
Rise the outer part of the watermelon to remove dirt.
Scoop out all the flesh (red part) of the watermelon and place into a liquefied; blend until smooth.
Cut the lemon rind into small pieces and add to the blender along with the fresh ginger root; blend until very smooth.
Once it is all turned into a fine pulp. Filter in a cheesecloth and squeeze out the juice, discarding the pulp.
Drink the juice regularly with a tablespoon of any oil such as sesame, coconut, hemp, or olive oil.
Drink the juice right away!
You may want to store the extra juice in a glass jar in the fridge. It tastes great when chilled!
