Kidney Stones
An imbalance in lifestyle due to stress and an acidic diet is a primary cause of many health issues. Disease occurs because of low energy, lack of rest, and the accumulation of physical and mental toxins. One such issue is kidney stone formation. Some Ayurvedic treatments for kidney stones offer simple solutions to a complex problem of toxin buildup in the urinary system.
Top reasons for kidney stone formation:
- Excessive or insufficient salt consumption.
- Improper water intake, too much or too little.
- Living in an atmosphere of constant fear.
- Sleeping in areas lacking sufficient air circulation.
- Exposure to incense smoke and coil mosquito repellant incense.
- Prolonged exposure to air-conditioned environments (3 to 5 months).
- Exposure to electromagnetic frequency during sleep from wifi and electronic component.
How to remove kidney stones in a day: Green Bean Soup
The nutrients in this soup can help break down kidney stones, which are crystal formations in the kidney or urinary tract. As these calcifications are expelled, the sharp edges of the broken stones may cause a temporary burning sensation during urination. This sensation typically subsides within 24 to 48 hours as the urinary tract lining heals. If the burning continues beyond this period, please consult a doctor.
For optimal results, use non-canned beans to avoid extra sodium. Simmer the green beans in water over very low heat for two hours. After the soup cools sufficiently, drink it slowly. Once finished, follow the soup with one liter of water over the next three hours. It is best to perform this cleanse early in the morning on an empty stomach. You may also add a bit of miso and enjoy the soup in the evenings.
After the cleanse, continue drinking 3 to 4 liters of water daily to help flush out toxins. This approach supports system alkalization and overall kidney health.
