You’ll adore this “Pudding Halwa” made of besan (chickpea flour). Regularly use this flour as a substitute for white flour in my sweets. Instead of ‘Besan Ladoo’ or ‘Mysore Pak,’ this gram flour creamy pudding is an easy auxiliary dessert.
Chickpea flour, often known as gram flour or besan, is readily available in Indian and Asian markets. The flour is created from crushed, dried chickpeas and can be packed and kept in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
This sort of pudding is created using Wheatgrain flour and is slightly gelatinous. Besan Ka Halwa is a wonderful Asian delicacy that is quick and easy to make. It’s so delicious that it’d be perfect for unexpected visitors. Or if you have a sweet tooth but don’t want to put in too much effort.
