Juices for Joint and Bone Problems

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune condition in which the body’s immune system attacks the joint lining, causing inflammation. This inflammation can lead to the destruction of joint structures and even joint disfigurement. Although the root cause of joint and bone problems is immune system dysfunction, managing inflammation is a key area where diet can offer significant benefits.

Many conventional treatments may provoke complications with secondary effects. As an alternative, an alkalizing diet combined with regular, weight-bearing exercise can be vital for maintaining bone strength. Green juices can also play an important role in managing the condition.

Increase your intake of omega 6, 9, and especially omega 3, which can be found in appropriate quantities in coconut and cacao seeds. For more details on prevention and improvement, check out this link and try out the juice for 2 weeks to feel the difference. There is also a recommendation to drink more water regularly and once in the morning have 2 cups of water with the juice of half a lemon and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Soaked almonds: It does not matter if you remove the skin after soaking. Personally, I prefer to keep the skin on and blend it since it contributes extra fiber and nutrition.
