Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune condition, where our body’s immune attacks the lining of the joints, causing it to become inflamed. This can lead to structures within the joints being destroyed and even to joint disfigurement. Although the root cause of Joint and bone problems is the dysfunction of the immune system, managing inflammation is one of the key areas in which diet can offer the most benefits.

Most regular medical therapy will provoke more complications with secondary effects causing more problems. Alternative to regular treatments are alkalizing as much as possible and regular exercise, weight-bearing exercise is vital to have bone tensile strength. Green juices will go a long way to improving yourself and management of the condition. 

Increase omega 6, 9 especially 3 which you find in appropriate quantity in coconut and cacao seeds. There is only a need of drinking more water regularly and once in the morning 2 cups of water with half of a lemon juice with 1\2 tsp of salt.

Ingredients

  • Smoothie
  • ½ pineapple w/o skin, w/core
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 4 tbsp raspberries
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 2 tbsp blackberries
  • 4 strawberries
  • 6 raw almonds soaked in water overnight
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil
  • Ingredients for the juice to add to the smoothie
  • 2 medium leave of kale
  • 2 Celery sticks

Instructions

Blend all ingredients to a make a smoothie

Juice to add to the smoothie

Thoroughly liquify Kale and Celery sticks separately and remove all fiber in filter cloth, cheesecloth or colander and add juice to the smoothie

Notes

Soaked almonds: Does not really matter to remove the skin of almonds after soaking. Personally, I like to keep the skin on and blend it as it includes fiber and nutrition in the skin.
