Ingredients

  • Smoothie  
  • 1 bunch spinach leaves 
  • 1 small bunch cilantro
  • 1 piece thumb size of ginger    
  • 2 cup morenga leaves 
  • 2 cup papaya
  • 2 cup sour sap seeds removed 
  • 2 ripe mango skinned 

Instructions

Blend spinach, cilantro, ginger and morenga leaves

Pour the blended pulp into a cheese cloth and squeeze out the juice and set aside

Step 2 : Blend the juice with papaya, mango, sour sap until smooth
