Raspberry PiePrint Recipe
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup syrup
- 1 kg raspberry
- Juice of half lemon
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon agar agar
Cook agar agar in water until it is melted completely.
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the Pulp into a tray and let it cool few minutes and place into the refrigator for 2 hours.
Once it is firm and you can serve with coconut milk and berries.
