Ingredients
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup syrup
- 1 kg raspberry
- Juice of a half lemon
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon agar-agar
Instructions
Cook the agar-agar in water until it is completely melted.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a tray, allow it to cool for a few minutes, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
Once firm, serve with coconut milk and berries.
