Ingredients

  • I tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder (Ceylon variety will be best)

Instructions

Mix well both ingredients

A convenient way will be to mix honey and cinnamon power on a small teacup or a little saucer or plate.

First thing in the morning, after brushing your teeth and washing your mouth

on an empty stomach, lick the mixture, do it every day for two weeks. Your heart will get strengthen.

During the day, make a tea of 5 pods of cardamom and 2 small sticks of cinnamon liter water.
